Description

The standard liquid cuvette is our reference historical cuvette, designed for clear liquids like organic solvents (acetone, isopropanol, ethanol etc.). It uses low-cost test-tubes that can be re-used as long as chemicals are not adsorbed onto the tube.

Because the standard liquid cuvette focuses light at the center of the vial, it is insensitive to Raman glass-peak contamination which typically occurs near 3000 cm-1.
